This app is operated by Round Towers 2014 Boys mentors for the exclusive use of registered coaches and club administrators. It is not a public service.
For each player: first/last name, jersey number, position(s), preferred side, team group, sport, coach notes, attendance records, and minutes played. We do not collect dates of birth, addresses, phone numbers, or photos.
Solely to plan formations, track attendance, ensure fair playing time, and record training sessions. No marketing or profiling.
Registered coaches and club administrators. Parents added to Parent Live View see a read-only match score and team sheet during match days only — equivalent to sideline information. No data is shared with third parties.
In your browser's local storage and in Firebase / Google Cloud (Google's European data centres where possible). Firebase is GDPR-compliant.
Player records are kept while the player is registered. Match history and training records are pruned after 2 years. When a player leaves, their record should be deleted by an administrator.
The app uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (screens visited, session duration). No player names or personal data are included. Used only to improve the app.
Parents and guardians have the right to access, correct, or delete their child's data, or to object to its use. Contact: derekgrant1981@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Most players are under 18. Data is processed on the basis of the club membership agreement signed by a parent or guardian at registration.
